Neider & Boucher located in Madison, Wisconsin, was founded in 1995 by Charles E. Neider and Joseph W. Boucher. Charles and Joe left a large general practice firm to pursue their shared desire to provide client-centered, quality legal services focused on the needs of businesses and their owners. Their vision was to build a firm culture where members valued hard work, collaboration and strong client relationships. They hoped to create an environment where employees enjoyed a rewarding career while also maintaining a sustainable work-life balance which allowed for quality time with family and other personal interests.
In the more than 25 years since the firm’s founding, N&B grew steadily, expanding its legal expertise to effectively serve our clients’ needs. Today the firm is well-respected throughout Wisconsin in each of its practice areas. Perhaps the greatest legacy and reason for our continued success is the quality of our people and the culture on which N&B was built.
