Debra has been a paralegal for 25 years, joining Neider & Boucher, S.C. in 2011 as a member of its Litigation Team, concentrating in the areas of commercial and property disputes, including lender foreclosures.  Debra assists in all phases of litigation from inception, through discovery, trial and post-trial, with additional experience in the preparation and filing of appellate briefs and appendices.

Debra is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Team assisting in the preparation and filing of trademark applications, and maintenance of client trademark portfolios in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining Neider & Boucher, S.C., Debra worked at various firms in the areas of litigation, personal injury, family law, real estate and immigration.
